Date and Time
Thursday, June 17thTIME: 7-9pm
This workshop is designed with beginner quilters in mind. In this workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of quilting and go home with a completed table runner. The quilt block we will make for this runner is the log cabin block. An example of this quilt block is shown in the picture. We have lots of fabric on hand at the Studio for you to pick from so each student will create a runner that is unique to you!
In addition to displaying this runner on a table, consider these alternative ways to display:
-hung on the wall as a wall hanging
-draped over a decorative ladder
-in a decorative basket near the hearth
-folded on a small table or decorative chair
-in an open bureau drawer with the item hanging out
There are so many ways to display a table runner beyond just the traditional way of on top of a table!
